New Scholarship Available

Here is some information on a new scholarship available to UACCM students who qualify.

The Arkansas Association for Developmental Education (ArkADE ) is offering (2) $500 Scholarships for the Fall 2011 semester.


The minimum qualifications are:
- The student must have completed 12 hours of college work with at least 3 hours of developmental education coursework.
- Student must have attained a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on all coursework completed
- Student must be enrolled in an Arkansas higher education institution

The students will be chosen based on:
- Personal Essay
- Scholarship
- Written recommendation from a faculty member

Links for Learning '11

The UACCM Foundation’s 6th annual “Links for Learning” golf tournament will be held on Thursday, May 19 at the Morrilton Country Club. The format is a three-person scramble (men’s teams, women’s teams, and mixed teams all welcome), and all teams will tee off at 10:00 a.m.

Entry fees are $75 per person or $225 per team. Registration fee includes green fees, cart, lunch, awards ceremony/reception, and goody bag.
