UACCM TO HOLD SURPLUS AUCTION NOV. 13

UACCM will host and on-site auction of surplus equipment and supplies Nov. 13 at 10:00 a.m. at the Physical Plant on the west side of campus, 1908 Poor Farm Road.

 Viewing of items will begin at 8:00 a.m. The auction is open to the public and will be conducted by Looper Auction and Realty. Items for auction are listed at www.looperauction.com and include the following:

 Vehicles & Equipment: 1990 Dodge Van, 1986 Chevy 15-Passenger Van, John Deere 6X4 Gator, (2) Nissan Forklifts, Enclosed Trailer (Like New), Kubota Zero Turn Mower, Kubota Broom, Kubota Blade, 2-Post Rotary Lift, and Cement Mixer.

 Shop: Bridgeport Mill, Miller Welder, Kwik-Way Valve Machine, Valve Grinders, Engine Stand, Floor Jacks, Transmission Jack, Hook It 2 Air File Shoes, Hook It 2 D/A Pads, Creepers, Toolbox, Knurling Thread Master, Refrigeration Recovery Systems, Slugger Dent Puller, (2) Paint Mixing Stations, Paint Spray Guns, Air Nail Guns, Floor Extraction Machine & Vacuums, 4'X32" Culvert (Like New), New Wood & Metal Doors, Alum Frame Commercial Glass Doors, Chain Link Fence Fabric, Kiln, Alum Spool Gun, 3M Filler Guns, Cases of 3M Body Filler, and Masking Tape.

Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .

UACCM Eclipse Parking

  The following guidelines apply to any vehicles parked on the UACCM campus at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. FOR VISITORS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  Purchase an eclipse parking pass for $100 from the either of the tents located on University Boulevard  (🟧 on map). You are allowed to park anywhere in eclipse parking (blue on map). FOR STUDENTS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  You are allowed to park in eclipse parking (blue on map), free of charge. You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.  FOR STUDENTS CONDUCTING BUSINESS: You may park in the parking lot in front of the UC and BTC (pink on map). You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.

Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals?
