UACCM Spring Registration is Underway

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton is currently registering for the 2016 spring semester. Those interested in pursuing one of the various opportunities offered by UACCM are invited to apply online at www.uaccm.edu or in person at 1537 University Blvd. in Morrilton.  Applications will be accepted until the start of classes on January 11 and are processed within two days of receipt.
All Spring 2016 registration appointments are currently full, but walk-ins are invited the following days and times:

 December 28 – 30       8:00 am – 3:30 pm      Business Technology Center, Room 200
January 5 – 6               8:00 am – 6:00 pm      University Center
January 7 – 8               8:00 am – 6:00 pm      Business Technology Center, Room 200
January 9                     9:00 am – 12:00 pm    Business Technology Center, Room 200

 Registration will continue through January 15, 2016 for classes that have not met at the time of registration.

Financial Aid is still available for those who qualify.  The deadline to apply for loans for the spring 2016 semester is April 1, 2016.  Payment plan options are available with a deadline of December 28, 2015.  Students needing to set up a payment plan after the deadline have the option with a 25% down payment that is due the day of registering.

Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .

UACCM Eclipse Parking

  The following guidelines apply to any vehicles parked on the UACCM campus at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. FOR VISITORS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  Purchase an eclipse parking pass for $100 from the either of the tents located on University Boulevard  (🟧 on map). You are allowed to park anywhere in eclipse parking (blue on map). FOR STUDENTS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  You are allowed to park in eclipse parking (blue on map), free of charge. You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.  FOR STUDENTS CONDUCTING BUSINESS: You may park in the parking lot in front of the UC and BTC (pink on map). You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.

Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals?
