Dates Set for Spring 2017 Graduation Ceremonies

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton will hold four graduation ceremonies for its spring 2017 graduates beginning Thursday, May 11. All ceremonies will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium on campus, followed by a reception in the Student Union where families may take pictures and meet with UACCM’s faculty and staff.
  • Thursday, May 11: Practical Nursing
  • Monday, May 15: Associate of Science in Liberal Arts; Associate of Science in Business; Associate of General Studies; Certificate of General Studies; Business Certificate; Associate of Applied Science in Business with focus in Accounting, Business Office Technology, and Retail Marketing; Early Childhood Development; Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
  • Tuesday, May 16: Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration; Collision Repair & Refinishing; Automotive Service; Computer Information Systems Technology; Computer Maintenance; Networking Technology; Drafting; Industrial Mechanics & Maintenance; Petroleum Technology; Surveying; Welding
  • Thursday, May 18: Associate of Arts in General Education; Associate of Science in Education

  The following guidelines apply to any vehicles parked on the UACCM campus at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. FOR VISITORS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  Purchase an eclipse parking pass for $100 from the either of the tents located on University Boulevard  (🟧 on map). You are allowed to park anywhere in eclipse parking (blue on map). FOR STUDENTS VIEWING ECLIPSE:  You are allowed to park in eclipse parking (blue on map), free of charge. You must present a valid and current UACCM Student ID at either tent located on University Boulevard (🟧 on map). A UACCM campus parking pass is also required.  FOR STUDENTS CONDUCTING BUSINESS: You may park in the parking lot in front of the UC and BTC (pink on map). Get to know Miss UACCM 2023

  Earlier this month, Zaybrau Williams, from Dardanelle, was named Miss UACCM in the fifteenth annual Miss UACCM pageant.  Zaybrau was awarded a $1,000 scholarship from the UACCM’s Chancellor’s Office, a floral bouquet courtesy of Plummer’s Flowers and Gifts, Morrilton, and gifts cards from Elia’s Mexican Grill, Morrilton, and Red Barn Market, Conway. Get to know Miss UACCM 2023, Zaybrau Williams, a little more. Why did you choose UACCM? I chose UACCM because of the community size and the various opportunities that are available to me. From being raised in a small community, UACCM felt like home. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming, it made choosing UACCM so easy. What are your educational and career goals? I am majoring in General Education. Once I finish with my associate degree here at UACCM, I plan to attend the University of Arkansas Medical School (UAMS) to further my education in Sonography. Student Onboarding Due March 25

In preparation for Fall 2024 advising & registration, students should log into Workday and complete a series of tasks called Student Onboarding : Students should log in to Workday and complete these tasks:  Navigate to  myapps.microsoft.com  in a web browser.  Log in with your UACCM email and password when prompted. You may also be prompted to authenticate using an authenticator app or secure code.  A dashboard with multiple apps will display. Locate the blue app titled “Workday” and select it.  You are now logged into Workday!  Once logged in, you will do the Federal Student Aid Authorization and then complete My Tasks .  This will include such things editing your contact information (if necessary), editing your personal information (if necessary), adding My Friends and Family (emergency contact information), and other tasks. When entering your My Friends and Family information, you must select Emergency Contact as one of the relationship types or you will get an error message .
