FOX16 Anchor Donna Terrell to Speak at UACCM

Donna Terrell

The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton invites all current students and members of the public to attend a special guest presentation by local FOX16 anchor Donna Terrell at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27.

This free event, sponsored by the UACCM Diversity & Inclusion Committee, is being held in celebration of Women’s History Month. Terrell will speak for approximately 30 minutes inside the UACCM Student Union and will be available for photos and autographs following her presentation. Light refreshments will be served.

Terrell will discuss her personal and uplifting story of being a woman of color working as a broadcast journalist and starting her own nonprofit organization for cancer survivors, patients, and caregivers. Since arriving in Little Rock from Michigan, where she also worked in broadcasting, Terrell has earned numerous awards and honors, and has become a well-known and important figure in the Central Arkansas community.
